How many trees do I get to plant?
The answer is simple, as many as you wish to finance. This is an honor system, whereby you calculate your footprint and what it takes to offset it. You get to proudly show others, how many trees you helped plant, with the label of trees planted on your car.
We would be happy to receive a picture of the rear of your vehicle,showing off the label of trees planted. If we do receive such pictures, we may include this information in our publications.
Fleet Owners:
If you are a fleet owner, we can work out the average for your fleet and have the total trees planted on your medallion, to demonstrate to all your stakeholders what a great, conservative steward of the environment your company is. Furthermore, we can put you on an annual billed basis, as the trees planted produce oxygen over many years. Your company would also benefit from the publicity and exposure not only through the labels of trees planted, but also through social media, news and internet. Please inquire about a tailor made program. In a first email, we need to know your full contact information, type and number of vehicles and the average of total miles driven. From this we will suggest our calculation and payment options.
Private Vehicles:
Please refer to the calculation example given and send us an email with such, together with your full contact information. If you have several cars for which you apply, as for other family members, list those separately.
Typical Cost:
Trees planted have a range of prices, depending on type, location, and organization. With typical cost starting around $1 and going way up for small trees, we aim for a sustainable mix.
One label per payment:
Plant and maintain 111 trees: $100
Plant and maintain 222 trees: $200
Plant and maintain 333 trees: $300
Plant and maintain 444 trees: $400
Plant and maintain 555 trees: $500
Four labels per payment:
Special 1001 Trees Planted: $1000
